On 8 August 2021, a meeting was held at the Franco Hotel in Yaoundé to discuss about the support that CAON can provide for the proper implementation of European grants. During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed, including:

• Information on the level of implementation of grant contracts;
• Difficulties encountered and support/facility needs;
• Sharing of good practices;
• Prospects and opportunities. 

On 27 July 2021 at the Merina Hotel in Yaoundé, CAON took part in the 24th session of the CSMO-APEB/CAM-UE in the capacity of resource person.

The agenda of the session, which was chaired by the Secretary General of MINEPAT, included the following points:

• Coordination and follow-up of the Cameroon-European Union EPA;
• The trade component of the EPA;
• The development and cooperation component of the EPA;

On 9 March 2021, CAON participated, alongside the administrations involved in the European Union’s 2021-2027 multi-annual programming, in the wrap-up meeting of the sectoral consultations held at the 300-capacity auditorium of MINEPAT.

This meeting was a continuation of the first consultation on the 2021-2027 programming of the partnership with the European Union and follows the holding of sectoral meetings organised to identify concrete actions to be included in the Multi-annual Indicative Programme (MIP) that are in line with the priorities of Cameroon and the European Union.
