the Dairy Sub-sector (PAPA/ADFL), the operation of the Maroua, Garoua, Ngaoundéré and Meiganga mini-dairies was launched on 5 November 2020, under the aegis of the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries, accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Minister Delegate to MINEPAT, representatives of CAON-FED and the administrative authorities of the Far North region. Each of these mini-dairies has a processing capacity of 2,000 litres of milk per day, and will enhance local milk supply.
